For the record, here’s how the two Kerry constituencies voted on 22 May 2015, the last time, incidentally, that voters went to the polls in the old Kerry South and Kerry North-West Limerick constituencies:

Invalid votes: 288

Valid poll:     33,188

Votes YES:     18,357 (55.3%)

Votes NO:      14,831 (44.7%)

Turnout:       58.2%

Kerry North-West Limerick

Electorate:    62,523

Total poll:     35,762

Invalid votes: 340

Valid poll:     35,422

Votes YES:     8,244 (23.3%)

Votes NO:      27, 168 (76.7%)

Turnout:       57.2%

Kerry South

Electorate:    57,524

Total poll:     33,463

Votes YES:     7,280 (22.0%)
